我开始做鸡尾酒

我很喜欢喝酒。

以前我最喜欢喝葡萄酒和啤酒，但是最近对葡萄酒和啤酒感到不满意了。

因为保护方法影响葡萄酒和啤酒的味道，一样的牌子的葡萄酒和啤酒的味道常常不一样。即使在高档餐厅喝葡萄酒，也可能对味道感到失望。

酿造酒，比如葡萄酒，啤酒，日本清酒的质量不稳定，但是蒸馏酒，比如杜松子酒，兰姆酒，烧酒的质量稳定。

最近，我开始用蒸馏酒做鸡尾酒了。我最喜欢的鸡尾酒是莫吉托。我每次做的莫吉托都一样好喝。

I Have Begun to Make a Cocktail

I love to drink alcohol.

Previously I like to drink wine and beer best, but now I am not satisfied with wine and beer.

The way of preservation influences with the taste of wine and beer, so the taste of the same brand of wine and beer isn’t always same. Even when I drink wine at a fine dining restaurant, sometimes I could be disappointed with the taste of wine.

The quality of brewed alcohol, such as wine, beer, and Japanese sake, is unstable. Contrary, the quality of distilled liquor, such as gin, rum, and Shochu, is stable.

Recently, I have begun to make a cocktail, which is made of distilled liquor. I like mojito best. Every time I can make the same good taste of mojito.

カクテルを作り始めた

お酒を飲むことが好きだ。

以前は、ワインやビールがいちばん好きだったけれど、最近は、ワインとビールに不満を感じるようになった。

保存方法がワインやビールの味に影響を与えるので、同じブランドのワインやビールでも味が同じではない。高級レストランでワインを飲んでも、味にがっかりすることがある。

ワイン、ビール、日本酒といった醸造酒は品質が不安定で、ジン、ラム、焼酎といった蒸留酒は品質が安定している。

最近、蒸留酒でカクテルを作り始めた。いちばん好きなカクテルはモヒートである。毎回同じようにおいしくモヒートを作ることができる。
