花风暴"花嵐"

日本有一个习俗叫“お花見”,“お花見”的意思是樱花下的宴会。

上个周末樱花在东京盛开了，可是天气很冷，下雨了。有的人会失望，因为不能参加"お花見"了。

上个星期天在从我家去游泳池的路上，我在一个有樱花树的小公园停下了。樱花盛开了，但是没有人在那里。雨水的拍打下，樱花静静地飘散。樱花被风吹散，日语中叫做"花嵐"。字面上的意思是”花风暴“。

虽然我不能参加"お花見"，但是对这个"花嵐"的风景感到非常满意。我觉得在所有与樱花相关的风景里”花嵐“最漂亮。

Flower Storm

In Japan there is a custom called “お花見 (ohanami)”, which means a outdoor party under cherry blossoms. Last weekend cherry blossoms are fully bloomed in Tokyo, but a cold rain is falling. Some people would be disappointed because they can’t have a “お花見 (ohanami).”

Last Sunday on my way from my home to a swimming pool, I stopped at a small park where cherry trees were planted. Although cherry blossoms were fully bloomed, nobody was there. I saw a cold rain made cherry blossoms fall in silence.

It is called “花嵐 (hanaarasi)” in Japanese that the wind blows cherry blossoms away. It literally means flower storm.

I couldn’t have a “お花見 (ohanami),” but I was really satisfied with seeing “花嵐 (hanaarasi).” I believe that “花嵐 (hanaarasi)” is most beautiful in cherry blossoms scenes.

花嵐

日本には「お花見」という習慣がある。「お花見」は、桜の花の下の宴会のことである。先週末、東京では桜が満開だけれど、冷たい雨が降っていた。お花見ができなくてがっかりした人もいるだろう。

この前の日曜日、家からスイミング・プールに行く道すがら、桜の木がある小さな公園に立ち寄った。桜は満開だったけれど、誰もいなかった。冷たい雨のなか、桜の花が静かに舞っているのを見た。

お花見はできなかったけれど、この花嵐の景色を見ることができてとても満足だ。桜の景色のなかで、花嵐がいちばんきれいだと思う。
